Coach Your Craft Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

At Coach Your Craft, we stand behind the quality and impact of all our services. Our policies are designed to balance fairness with the resources required to produce high-quality experiences for our clients.

 

Online Courses

We stand by the value of our online courses. If you complete the first module and feel it hasn’t delivered the insights and value you expected, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please email info@coach-your-craft.local with your name, order confirmation, and a screenshot or file showing your completed quiz from the first module. Once received and verified, our team will process your refund promptly.

 

Digital Events (including virtual summits and online workshops)

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to community resources, all ticket sales for digital events are final.
Please review all event details, schedules, and ticket perks prior to purchasing.

 

Toolkit Preparation Services

This includes the Elite One-Time Toolkit, 3-Month Guided Program, and À La Carte Services. Terms:
  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • The 3-Month Guided Program includes recurring monthly payments for 3 months; by enrolling, you authorize Coach Your Craft to charge your card monthly for the duration of the program
  • A 3-month commitment is required for the 3-Month Guided Program (1 session per week)
  • The Elite One-Time Toolkit is a condensed, full-support version of the 3-month program and follows the same refund and scheduling terms
  • À La Carte Services are billed individually and are non-refundable
  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule any session, or the session will be forfeited
  • Services include only what’s outlined in your selected package – no substitutions or additions unless otherwise stated in writing

 

Acting/Voice Sessions

  • 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule a session – or the session is forfeited
  • Coaching hours must be redeemed consecutively
  • A 2-week grace period will be strictly enforced on the completion of all coaching packages
    (Example: A 4-week coaching package must be redeemed within 6 weeks of the first session, or remaining sessions are forfeited. No exceptions.)

 

Camps and In-Person Workshops

Space is limited, and your spot is not secured until payment is received in full.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@coach-your-craft.local. Refund/Credit Policy:
  • Cancellations made 21+ days before the start date are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future in-person camp or workshop
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of the event are not eligible for refund or credit
This policy helps us maintain a sustainable learning environment while respecting the resources required to produce in-person events.

 

Ticket/Registration Transfers

All registrations are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

 

Force Majeure

Coach Your Craft reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technical disruptions. In such cases, we will offer a rescheduled date or appropriate credit where possible; however, refunds will not be issued.
