Acting/Voice Sessions

24 HOUR NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO CANCEL A SESSION or session is forfeited.

Coaching hours are meant to be redeemed consecutively. All coaching packages must be redeemed consecutively. A maximum redemption grace period of 2 weeks will be strictly enforced on the completion of all coaching packages. (Example: If you purchase a 4 week coaching package, that package must be completely redeemed within 6 weeks of the 1st session in the purchased package, or the remaining sessions will be forfeited. No exceptions.)

Camps and Workshops

Space is limited, so your spot is not secured until payment is received in full. All cancellations must be in writing to  info@CoachYourCraft.com. If you must cancel once you have registered, our refund policy is as follows: 75% refund of tuition paid, if cancellation occurs 2+ weeks before camp start date. No refunds if cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the camp start date.
